Send sensor events
Send a batch of events collected on a host. At most **500 events** and **256 KB** per request, and **1,200 events per minute per token**.
Poll governance directives
The reverse control channel. A sensor polls this each cycle and enforces the result on the host. An agent is `active` unless a reviewer has suspended, blocked or rejected it, so lifting a hold in Bairav re-activates the agent on the next poll.
