Lineage paths
GET/api/lineage/:node_kind/:node_id/paths
The path inspector (the reference's tracePaths()): every
source -> agent -> destination path through one node, with the real
enforcing / monitoring policies standing on it. node_kind may also be
'external' here (an outside destination has no row of its own; its label
is its id), which is why this route validates its own kinds.
