Lineage summary
GET/api/lineage
Tenant-wide KPIs by default; agent_id narrows every count to just
that agent's own edges - matching the reference control-plane's own
behavior exactly (its KPI row is computed from the SAME agent-filtered
graph its Map/Data/Issues tabs use - DataLineage.jsx:245-270).
The four *_paths/ways_data_can_leave/issues_found fields mirror the
reference's own KPI row wording; agents/data_sources/crown_jewels/
edges/ungoverned_edges are this endpoint's original fields, kept for
backward compatibility.
