Recompute risk/confidence/priority for EVERY discovered entity, and backfill the model for gateway-registered (OpenAI) agents from their recent traffic.
Gateway agents/LLMs are created outside the sensor telemetry pipeline, so they are never scored at discovery the way sensor agents are — this fills that gap. The score is computed inline from the pure scoring functions and written with a minimal INSERT (inputs_event_ids left to its column default) so it cannot hit the empty-array pitfall that silently broke gateway scoring. Each entity runs in its own savepoint; per-entity failures are collected and returned with the exact error instead of surfacing a blank 500.
