Run assessment
POST/api/security/assessment/run
Start the chosen assessments now: one assessment_runs row per kind (status running) and one background job each. At most ONE manual run per tenant per 60 s
(429 with Retry-After). A vulnerability scan with the advisory source disabled finishes as skipped: that is a coverage gap, not a clean result.
