Upload an inventory (CycloneDX 1.4-1.6 JSON, SPDX 2.3 JSON, requirements.txt, package-lock.json v2/v3) as the RAW request body (gzip allowed with
Content-Encoding: gzip). 20 MB / 50 000 components. Idempotent on (subject, sha256 of the document).
