The inputs worth asking for: the situation signals and text surfaces the rules that apply to THIS agent doing THIS action actually read (so the form shows "Number of records", not every field the engine knows). Read-only — no policy is evaluated against a request, nothing is written. Draft rules are authors-only, server-side.
