Server-side CSV of the same facts as /summary and /requests (same filters). level=summary: one row per group (group_by, bucket, fill as in the summary) and a final TOTAL row; level=records: one row per request, newest first, at most 50 000 (# truncated: true when more matched). Cost columns exist only for callers with view_cost (otherwise they are ABSENT, not zero). Header lines start with #. Text cells are formula-neutralised. Every export is written to the ledger as traffic.exported (filters, row count, level).
