Usage that OTLP spans (OpenLIT and other exporters) reported, as a SEPARATE block - never part of the gateway totals, lists or exports: a call seen by both the gateway and OpenLIT has two different trace ids and cannot be de-duplicated, so adding the two would double count. Rows are attributed to an agent when the span identity names exactly one registered agent (else unattributed) and priced with the same calculation and catalogue as gateway rows, at the span's time. Needs view_security; amounts need view_cost (else cost: null, restricted: true).
