Create an ingest token
POST/api/security/ingest-tokens
Create an obt_ token for the Ingest API. Requires the manage_observability permission.
The secret is returned once and stored only as an Argon2id hash. The token is bound to a telemetry source and tenant. At most 50 active tokens per tenant.

Successful Response
The token is missing, invalid or expired. Refresh it, or sign in again.
