Rescan finding
POST/api/security/findings/:finding_id/rescan
Re-read the current inventory and re-run what produced the finding: a vulnerability finding is re-matched against the advisory data, a configuration
finding re-runs its one check. -> {result: still_present | verified_fixed | not_evaluable, reason, finding}. verified_fixed resolves the finding with
the verification recorded; not_evaluable never resolves it. Ledger security.finding.rescanned.
