Plan finding remediation
POST/api/security/findings/:finding_id/remediation
Record who fixes a finding and by when (owner of the same workspace whose role can see Security, due date not in the past, optional plan text). A person's
decision only: nothing is changed on the asset. Sending the same values again is a no-op (no ledger entry). Ledger security.finding.remediation_planned.
